Return Policy – After Our Creator

At After Our Creator, we take pride in handcrafting quality accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!  

Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.  
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging  
- Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.  

 

Return Process
1. Email us at AfterOurCreator@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.  
2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at 1723 W. Marlene Ct,; Peoria, IL. 61614 (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).  
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace it.
