  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Standard shipping is through USPS, with rates typically under $10.
  • Priority Mail options are available for $12 - $19, with additional costs for multiple items.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
  • If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email AfterOurCreator@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs.


1. Deposit Policy

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit for my order?
A: Deposits apply only to bulk orders of 10 or more items. These require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins.

For custom orders of less than 10 items, full payment is due at the time of order. This ensures we can source materials and begin creating your piece right away.

 


 

2. Refund Policy

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: Because our items are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, and you notify us within 3 days of delivery.

 


 

3. Final Payment

Q: When is the final payment due for bulk orders?
A: The remaining balance is due before your order ships. Once final payment is received, we’ll carefully package your order and provide tracking details.

 


 

4. Cancellations

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my order?
A: For bulk orders, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If work has already started, additional charges may apply depending on how far along the order is.

For custom orders under 10 items, cancellations are not eligible for refunds since full payment is required upfront.

 


 

5. Production Time

Q: How long will it take for my order to be made?
A: Production usually takes 3–5 business days (not including shipping). Large or bulk orders may take longer—we’ll always update you on timelines.

 


 

6. Design Mockups

Q: Will I see a design mockup before my order is completed?
A: For bulk and custom orders, yes. You’ll receive a digital mockup to review before production.

  • You may request up to 2 revisions at no extra cost.

  • Additional revisions will be charged $5 each.

  • Once approved, the design will move into production and cannot be changed.

If we don’t hear back within 2 business days, we’ll move forward with the latest mockup provided.

 


 

7. Rush Orders

Q: Can I get my order faster?
A: Yes! Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule. Please contact us directly before placing your order. A small fee may apply for expedited materials or production.

 


 

8. Shipping

Q: How is shipping handled?
A: We ship via USPS or UPS. Please note that shipping time is not included in production time. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order.

 


 

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. We’ll assist where possible, but we cannot replace items lost in transit.

 


 

10. Care & Use

Q: How do I care for my accessories?
A: To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Hand wash or use a gentle cycle in cold water with mild soap.

  • Air dry only.

  • Wired headwraps should always be hand washed to preserve the wire.
